Return and exchange policy
Thank you for purchasing from Maadoua store. As a matter of credibility, all of our products are returnable and exchangeable.
- The store may choose to accept or not accept your order. In some cases, for example, if the product you want is not available or was priced incorrectly, the store will return everything you paid.
- Return period: 3 days from receipt of your order, minus shipping fees and electronic payment fees, provided that the product is in its original condition.
- Replacement period: 3 days from receipt of your order, minus shipping fees and electronic payment fees, provided that the product is in its original condition.
- If the product is included in free shipping, the shipping and electronic payment fees will be deducted.
- Fire extinguishers sold are not returnable or exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to get a refund?
Mada fees: 1.75% + 1 riyal
Visa and MasterCard fees: 2.2% + 1 riyal
The refund period is from 7 to 14 days
